Eric Meyers, D.C. | Board Certified Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Eric Meyers graduated from the University of Bridgeport, College of Chiropractic. After completing an externship with the Hartford Medical Group affiliated with Hartford Hospital, he worked with integrated medical practices. In addition to practicing as a Chiropractic Physician, Dr. Meyers is an Adjunct Professor of Biological Sciences and the Athletic Trainer for the men's basketball team at Gateway Community College in New Haven, CT.
Chris K. Giannos, D.C., M.S., C.C.S.P | Board Certified Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Chris Giannos is originally from Ioannina, Greece and currently lives in New Haven County. His undergraduate bachelor's studies in Biological Sciences were at the University of Connecticut and he holds two degrees from the University of Bridgeport; a doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine and a master's in Human Nutrition. He is board certified in Sports Medicine and brings in experience from integrated practices in Connecticut that had Medical Doctors, Naturopaths, and Massage Therapists on staff.
Dr.Giannos is passionate in working with professional athletes, weekend warriors, and regular patients alike in order to achieve their specific health goals. He uses state-of-the-art procedures such Graston Technique® in order to speed up the healing process from chronic or acute injuries, as well as Kinesio Tape® to stabilize injury or enhance athletic performance.
When Dr.Giannos is not treating patients, he enjoys travelling in Greece and playing soccer.
Adam Ponchick, D.C. | Board Certified Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Adam Ponchick is originally from Woodbridge, Connecticut and currently lives in the New Haven area with his family. He completed his undergraduate bachelor's studies in Exercise Science at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He then pursued his passion for chiropractic and received his doctorate education from Life Chiropractic College West in California, with a focus on the art, science and philosophy of chiropractic.
Dr.Ponchick has also furthered his education with certifications in state-of-the-art procedures such as Graston Technique®, in order to speed up the healing process from chronic or acute injuries, dry needling to release muscle adhesions, and Kinesio Tape® to stabilize injury or enhance athletic performance.
When Dr. Ponchick is not treating patients, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, travel, and staying active with sports and fitness.
Michelle Ortiz, L.M.T. | Board Certified Massage Therapist & Office Manager
Michelle graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, CT. She has worked with many different populations including athletes and the elderly. Her work ranges from therapeutic sports massage to relaxation and spa services.
